This was a brand-new two-story condo build in Fontana, and before residents moved in the property needed to be closed off and secured. The owner wanted a clean, hard-wearing perimeter around the street frontage and side lines, plus a controlled vehicle entrance so only residents could get into the shared driveway and parking area. For a multi-family property that means a fence that looks sharp from the street, stands up to constant use, and pairs with an automatic gate that opens and closes dozens of times a day without a fuss.
